Digital (excluding Skilled Survival Alliance membership dues) and physical products purchased from Skilled Survival carry a standing Thirty (30) Day refund period from the date of purchase. If a physical product has been purchased, the customer care department will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. When customers receive a RMA number, they are required to return the contents in full to the following address, the label for returning a physical product should look like this:
